Your Guide to a Fun-Filled Day at Scramble Parkour

Perhaps you’ve been invited to a party at Scramble Parkour, or maybe you just want to check out the newly upgraded activity gym and coffee bar. Either way, here’s everything you need to know for a great day out!
WHAT TO EXPECT
If you’ve been to Scramble Parkour before, you’ll see big improvements to our main attractions, J Street and Metro Center, introducing new physical challenges. And our sections for younger children, Friendship Heights and Tidal Basin, have all-new soft play equipment for younger children similar to our Indoor Play locations in Alexandria and Falls Church. There’s also a new coffee bar, Train Yard, that has a play structure for infants and toddlers.
If it’s your first time to Scramble Parkour, but you’ve been to our Alexandria or Falls Church locations, you’ll likely be impressed by the sheer scale of what you discover: two floors of activities, larger food and drink areas, and ample parking.
GETTING THERE
Getting to Scramble Parkour is easy! Our address is 2900 S. Quincy St., Arlington, Virg. 22206. We're located in The Village at Shirlington retail community, just off I-395 between Arlington and Springfield. Take exit 6 if you are driving I-395 North. If you are on I-395 South, take exit 7.
From these exits, enter The Village at Shirlington on Campbell Avenue and take the first left onto Quincy Street. Scramble Parkour is two blocks ahead on your right. If you’re parking a car, go past us and take the next right, onto Randolph Street. Turn right into the Quincy Garage—free parking is available in any space labeled Retail or Office. After 6 p.m. and on weekends you may also park in the spots labeled Reserved.
If you prefer, you can also leave the car at home and take public transit, as ART route 87 runs regularly between Pentagon City Metro and Shirlington – with a stop right across the street from Scramble Parkour! The Village at Shirlington as a whole is also very pedestrian-friendly and easy to navigate.
FOOD & DRINK
The Union Station Café & Train Yard Coffee Bar has you covered! Located on the ground floor above the main play areas, this casual restaurant has a great family-friendly menu at extremely reasonable prices. The menu includes pizzas, handheld sandwiches & half-smokes, and tacos & quesadillas, so it’s always a hit with the kids.
Adults seeking more grownup fare while the kids play have many other options nearby in the Village – popular watering holes like Carlyle, Palette 22, Busboys and Poets or are all within easy walking distance.
OTHER THINGS TO DO
While we’re sure a day at Scramble Parkour will keep your kids plenty occupied, there are other attractions within a 15-minute drive. Within The Village at Shirlington, there is an AMC movie theater, the Signature Theatre for live performances, and a public library.
If you’re looking for outdoor activities, nearby Utah Park and Jennie Dean Park (along Four Mile Run) include dog-friendly areas. Fort Reynolds Park and Fort Ward Park are both located on historical sites.
